I want to set up a youth club in a couple of areas, any idea how much it'd cost?

Ok, i want to set up one or two clubs for the community's kids. I'll need

1) a building for it to take place in

2) some items, such as tennis tables, table hocky etc, aswell as some place for running around



How much would this cost, and is it possible to get council funding? thanksI want to set up a youth club in a couple of areas, any idea how much it'd cost?It would help if we knew where you are.
