How much would it cost to mail a small item along with a letter?

This is through the US mail from one state to another. I want mail my friend a rubber bracelet. One or two of those silly bandz. I've mailed letters before, but not anything containing something. Will I be able to mail a bracelet or 2 along with a letter only using a stamp? Please leave your resource. A site is preferable.
